The business has a global presence and this role can be based either from London, Madrid, or Oslo. They are seeking a Head of FP&A to report into the Finance Director. You will help lead a world-class FP&A function, provide critical insight into the business’ drivers, and support on broad corporate development activity including M&A and JV’s. THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting across all of the business’ operations
  • Provide insight into the business’ drivers and financial forecasts and results
  • Support wider corporate development activity, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures
  • Produce extensive board pack materials to be presented regularly to internal and external stakeholders including current and potential investors
  • Support business top-line and bottom-line growth via strategic and tactical pricing
  • Evaluate the benefits and risks of key business decisions. Contribute to winning key commercial deals
  • Build strong partnerships within the finance function and the rest of the business
  • Lead a high-performing team across multiple locations with a focus on talent development


THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with 5+ years post qualified experience
  • Experience working within a PE/VC backed environment desirable
  • Experience working in a listed business beneficial
  • Hands-on attitude/Start-up mentality
