Join this expanding employment team We're on the lookout for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The Employment team has grown substantially in the last five years and continues to attract clients of the highest quality in a range of areas.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills:

  • Managing Tribunal claims and representing at hearings
  • Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, and restrictive covenant breaches
  • Handling HR issues, TUPE, and employment disputes for both employers and employees
  • Drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Providing corporate support for mergers, acquisitions, and contracting out
  • Developing client relationships and participating in business development
  • Leading and collaborating on projects
  • Supervising junior team members
