We ensure that we provide high standards of childcare and education, monitoring each child individually, and forming close parent partnerships, working closely with our families. We are open from 7am - 6pm, 51 weeks per year, providing care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Our nursery is homely, inviting, safe and stimulating allowing the children to develop in comfort to their full potential through play.

_*Responsibilities: *_
* Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality early years curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
* Mentor and support the professional development of junior early years educators within the team.
* Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor children's progress and identify any additional needs.
* Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve the quality of care and education.
* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring open and effective communication about their children's learning and development.
* Ensure the learning environment is safe, engaging, and resources are used creatively to support all areas of learning.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and contribute to the setting's overall strategy and goals.

_*Requirements: *_
* A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, with a preference for higher qualifications.
* Experience in an early years setting with a track record of leading and improving educational outcomes.
* Deep understanding of the EYFS, child development, and early years best practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
