We are on the lookout for an impressive Account Director with corporate / 'corpsumer’ experience – who is adept at working in an exciting and fast-paced environment, and has a passion for communications and marketing.

 

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Director to join the team at this exciting stage of growth.

 

About you:

  • You have excellent experience of devising and delivering earned and integrated campaigns for clients and enjoy thinking creatively
  • You have a have proven track record of leading multiple projects
  • You are excellent at building client relationships and know the importance of client-first thinking – acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • You have strong media contacts in business / financial outlets
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit; with a ‘can do’ attitude and a versatile skillset, you’re willing to get stuck in
  • You have an excellent eye for detail and your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key client accounts – from day-to-day delivery, to strategic campaign planning and delivery - with a focus on PR (broadcast, print and online), content creation, social media and events
  • Manage junior colleagues to deliver work to an excellent standard in a timely fashion, whilst also supporting senior team on strategic thinking and outputs for clients
  • As a media relations expert – oversee and deliver PR campaigns (print, online and broadcast) and leverage media contacts for standout coverage and thought-leadership
  • Forge excellent relationships with clients to provide strategic consultancy and growth opportunities for Hollr
  • Identify new business opportunities and support with new business responses
  • Be on top of the news agenda and horizon scan to identifying key stories that are relevant to clients’ business-critical issues
  • Develop and manage budgets, oversee reporting and have strong commercial acumen
