The individual will be responsible for overseeing governance framework and will lead governance-related projects.


Core Responsibilities

  • returns at Companies House and Lloyd’s of London.
  • annual policy reviews for Board or Executive Committee approval.
  • advice on legal changes and oversee implementation.
  • HR and Compliance with SMF application and Fit & Proper assessments.
  • SMCR training.


The candidate will have 5 years or more experience within the Lloyd’s Market and knowledge of FCA, PRA, SMCR and Solvency II.
