In your role as Cook Manager at Sodexo at St. Gabriel's CofE Academy, Houlton Way, Houlton, Rugby, CV23 1AN in Rugby, you will supervise the hospitality team at our esteemed school, making sure that our vibrant meals are served with a smile and that the kitchen and restaurant are operating efficiently. What you do:
Supervising the arrangement and provision of hot and/or cold food from counters and steam tables
Ensure that workstations and equipment are sanitised
Supervise the restocking of food from counters and steam tables, as well as the breakdown of stations at the conclusion of service
What you bring:
Must have experience of following recipes
Must have experience of cooking for a large number of people, possibly over 100
Capability to work for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) in a standing position
Professionalism, respect for others, and a positive attitude
Fundamental food handling abilities
Possess prior experience supervising staff.

£13.00 Per hour
32.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 07.30 to 2.30pm
