Prestigious Central London cosmetic surgery & aesthetic business are looking for an experienced Non-Surgical Sales Manager to take responsibility for meeting sales targets of non-surgical treatments (therapist & nurse-led) through optimising new client sales (consulting) and supporting & managing practitioners throughout the sales process.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a sales-focused cosmetic surgery/ aesthetics background with previous experience selling non-surgical treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of non-surgical sales, covering conducting client consultations, managing team of practitioners to meet sales targets, developing non-surgical department with Management and Marketing
To design a personalised treatment program for new clients, focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists and Nurses to ensure clinic non-surgical sales targets are met, by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey- from consultation, to appointment booking, treatment and follow up
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Administrative duties in relation to sale- relevant paperwork etc. and sharing this with teams
Meeting non-surgical sales targets on a monthly basis meeting own consultation targets, and managing team of practitioners to achieve theirs
Resolving Client complaints related to non-surgical treatments
Development of non-surgical department liaising with Management

Requirements

This role would suit a current non-surgical sales manager or a consulting clinic manager
aesthetics/non-surgical sales: 5 years minimum
sales management : 5 years minimum
luxury: 2 years minimum
