Our client, a Top 50 City law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Solicitor to join their high regarded team on a 6-month fixed term contract starting ASAP. This exceptional opportunity has the potential to convert to a permanent position as the firm is experiencing an increase in workloads on the team.

The Corporate practice is consistently ranked Tier 1 in legal directories, and you will act for high-profile clients primarily in the retail, technology, and financial services sectors. With a stellar market reputation, the firm is known for its innovative approach, client-centric services, and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth. You will be an integral part of a friendly, and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate is likely to have:
- Upwards of 5+ PQE
- Extensive experience in private Corporate M&A transactions
- Private Equity experience an advantage, but is not essential
- Able to negotiate key transaction documents
Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply, ideally who have UK deal experience. This role is on a hybrid basis.
