Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will manage projects from commercial handover through to completion. Your role will involve ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting client expectations. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and client requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Handle all project-related tasks, including approvals, testing, logistics, and adjustments to timelines.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Promote safety and contribute to process improvements.


Collaborations:

  • Work with the Lead Project Manager
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Engineering, and Operations Teams


Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
  • Strong commercial focus with attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills for project planning and performance assessment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.


Required Skills:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with IT systems.
