As they continue to expand, they are looking for a strategist who is comfortable in an independent boutique agency. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you would be expected to work alongside the leadership team to help develop the agency’s strategic approach on new business proposals.
The strategic planner’s responsibilities:

Inspire innovative thinking: Promote and nurture ideas that are intelligent, engaging, and deeply relevant to human experiences, encouraging colleagues to follow suit.
Strategic focus: Embed market insights and audience understanding in strategic plans.
Insight generation: Gain thorough research and insight across markets, competitors and customer types
Workshop leadership: Plan, facilitate, and report on client workshops, working independently or collaboratively as needed.
Value creation: Identify and propose ideas that bring significant value to both clients and the agency.
Brief development: Craft detailed creative briefs and guide the ideation process to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Effectiveness assessment: Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and implement reporting mechanisms to demonstrate success to clients.
Client trust: Build and maintain credibility with clients, fostering strong and trusting relationships.

Requirements:

Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in a strategic planning role within a healthcare-focused creative agency
You will be an effective communicator, confident and articulate in presenting well-reasoned, evidence-based arguments to clients and stakeholders.
Creative enthusiasm
Adept at breaking down complex problems into straightforward, actionable solutions.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
