About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, youll be at the heart of executing and integrating marketing initiatives across various channels, including Brand & Marketing Campaigns, PR, Retailer Activity, Social & Influencer, eCommerce, Email, Paid and Owned Media, Events, and Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns. Your mission: ensure every campaign is on brand, on brief, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Strategy Execution: Implement marketing strategies that align with global trading calendar and key brand moments. Raise brand awareness, achieve sales targets, and launch new products.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop both the marketing and trade marketing teams, driving efficiency and providing expert guidance.
Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration and performance across all marketing channels, aligning with our overarching business objectives.
Agency Management: Act as the daily point of contact for partner agencies, leading interagency meetings and ensuring a cohesive response and execution.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality of all cross-channel assets, continuously challenging and improving to meet objectives.
Performance Measurement: Measure, review, and optimise the performance of all campaigns, conducting quarterly wash-ups to report back to the business.
Budget Management: Track the marketing budget, ensuring all spend is pre-approved and within guidelines, working closely with accounts.
Market Trends: Identify market trends, collaborate with external partners, and communicate key findings across the business.
Consumer Insight: Understand and address the needs ofconsumers, improving brand strategies and monitoring competitor trends.

What Were Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Brand/Marketing Management role, with a strong background in cross-channel marketing.
Leadership: Proven team management and development skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Full Driving License: Required for this role.
