Veincentre has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Patient Advisor to join our amazing team in at our head office in Stoke on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK’s largest private provider of varicose vein treatment during an exciting period of continued growth.
*The Role:*
Our Patient Advisors play a vital role in supporting the clinics and colleagues based in clinics within their region, enhancing the patient's experience both before, during and after their journey. You will use our bespoke system to create patient records, book appointments and take payments. You will liaise with patients via phone and email, answering any queries and offering aftercare advice.
*What you’ll need:*
A friendly, engaging, and positive person with previous experience within a fast-paced administrative environment and experience of working with the public. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT abilities, including the use of all Microsoft Office applications and systems/databases. You will need to be highly organised, able to work methodically with high level attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks based on business needs.

Pay: £21,564.00 per year
