Our client is seeking hungry and tenacious professionals to join their top performing firm in their London branch. This award winning firm has 6 branches nationwide and their turnover of staff is considerably lower than the average firm, so these opportunities don’t come around that often.
With an influx of warm leads coming from referrals, introducers and an existing client bank of over 10,000 client’s needing to be regularly serviced and additional purchases added to portfolios, they are looking at expanding their London team and the successful candidate can look forward to receiving;
Warm leads.
Monthly guarantee of up to £3000 per month for up to 12 months whilst building your pipeline (by negotiation DOE).
80% commission on self-generated business (less for company business). Full administration back up and compliance support.
Although our client has just spent £75,000 refurbishing their London office, there is no need to work there on a daily basis and this role can be either office based, or hybrid, using the office as you feel you need to.
The roles are self-employed with a genuinely high OTE, due to the nature of the lead generation. Real earnings potential of between £80,000 and £125,000 with more achievable for the very best.
Advisers who are fully CeMAP qualified, with 24 months whole of market experience and currently signed off as CAS on residential mortgages will be considered. You must be hungry to close the business.
