About the Pub

The Chindit is positioned in a residential area of Wolverhampton about 20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Wolverhampton city centre. The pub is a traditional wet-led pub with fixtures and fittings in great condition and well known for its cask ale and live music. The pub boasts a small patio area to the rear of the pub with seating for about 40. There is a rear entrance for the patio that leads into the lounge or bar area. The private accommodation consists of three-bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen, all in good decorative order.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

This is a great opportunity for a new publican with or without experience in running pubs. This is the first time the pub has been on the market in the past 28 years and is not available as the current publican is retiring. There is a great opportunity for a new publican to continue the great work that the current publican done and develop the community spirit with teams, possibly sports viewing and music.
