As a Maths Teacher at this secondary school in Nuneaton, you will be an integral part of the team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything you do. This is an independent specialist day school in Nuneaton providing an engaging educational offer within a supportive and tailored learning environment for children aged 7 -16 with specific or a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, and additional needs such as ADHD, autism, learning needs and specific learning difficulties.

As a Maths Teacher at this specialist SEN school in Nuneaton your duties will include;

  • Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a maths development plan for key stages 3 and 4.
  • Ensuring lessons are well structured and engaging
  • Work alongside other staff members to evaluate learning needs and objectives in line with student's EHCPs
  • Providing support to students
  • Setting expectations to challenge and motivate students

  • Hold a PCGE with QTS
