We are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef de partie for a luxury boutique hotel in the Cotswolds. As pastry chef de partie you will support the Head pastry chef and team in producing the hotels desserts and afternoon teas.

The successful pastry chef de partie will have the following:
  • Experience as a pastry chef de partie in a luxury setting
  • hotel experience preferable
  • rosette experience preferable
  • A keen eye for detail and precision with presentation
  • driven to succeed
