As an independent, family-run business, we're not tied to specific hearing aid manufacturers, allowing you to choose the most suitable solutions for your patients. We equip our team with a full range of cutting-edge equipment, including Video Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, REMs, Microsuction, and Irrigation tools, enabling personalised consultations tailored to each individual.

Our commitment to training and induction is unparalleled. Experience a thorough three-week initial induction programme, fostering a deep understanding of our ethos, equipment, and service standards. Whether you're transitioning from the NHS or another private practice, our induction ensures you're fully equipped and confident to embark on your clinic journey, including training in wax removal if needed.

With ongoing support from our clinical care team, you'll have opportunities for continuous training and development, ensuring you provide the highest level of care and continually enhance your skills.

  • Competitive £40,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped tiered commission (10%, 15%, and 20%) with an OTE of £75k
