As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Services department, particularly in Export Documentation.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely production of export documentation, such as Bills of Lading and sea waybills.

You'll also handle vessel manifests, issue export invoices, make necessary manifest corrections, and assist with customer queries regarding exports.

All of these tasks are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
