My client is thriving in stunning venues, with locations in both London and the Midlands. They have a razor-sharp focus on providing the most exceptional environments and experiences for their members, guests and colleagues.
To ensure that their delivery and offering remains best in class we are looking for a dynamic innovator to take on the role of Concept General Manager.
This is a varied role which will have responsibility for all F&B provisions, financial performance, guest / member experience and staff development. Alongside top-notch business management credentials, we need a high degree of creativity and passion. You will need to know what amazing looks like and be able to influence stakeholders toembrace the journey.
We want 5* service with personality and lashings of fun.
The Concept General Manager will join the SLT and report to the CEO whilst collaborating with all departments - Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
This is a multi-faceted and growing business, so you are going to need a multitude of skills to succeed. But in exchange for your bright ideas, business acumen, boundless energy and passion for hospitality, you will be given the opportunity to build, shape, develop and deliver truly outstanding moments every day.
In your locker:
Excellent Food and Beverage knowledge – what’s hot and what’s not. Managing and developing everything from Chef & FOH teams and menus through to supply chain and collaborations.
Revenue Management – Setting budgets, creating and promoting all sales opportunities. P&L Management, Cost control, Financial reporting.
Vision, Passion, Influence – Here is your canvas… Get creative, bring the energy and vibe – all the stuff you can feel but cannot touch.
Tech Savvy – what systems are going to make life easier and more engaging for everyone? And let’s make sure we get big on socials with this too.
Members and Community – Show them the love – make sure they are engaged and make them smile, and return, with friends
