Role purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT team. Reporting directly to the CIO/IT Director, the Solutions Architect will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that align with our ambitious business transformation goals. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological advancements, ensuring that our systems are both innovative and efficient.


The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of data architecture, CRM workflow solutions as well as Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions across a broad range of business transformation projects, including digital front-end experiences and back-office systems.
  • Develop architectural frameworks and strategies for system integration and technology adoption.
  • Create high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Establish and monitor a data governance process, ensuring adherence to data standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and third-party build teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive company-wide data model, ensuring efficient data flow, storage, and retrieval.
  • Lead the development of physical and logical data models, approving database schemas, storage, and integration processes.
  • Ensure the data architecture is resilient and scalable to support growth in both operational and analytical data needs.
  • Develop and implement data management processes, including migration, quality control, governance, and security.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of CRM systems with other business platforms, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements.
  • Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all solutions, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, system design, and implementation.
  • Proven experience in data architecture, CRM, and ERP systems, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Proficient in data modeling tools, ETL processes, and tools, with experience in automation and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integration tools and techniques, including APIs and middleware.
  • Experience migrating solutions to new platforms, specifically CRM solutions.
  • TOGAF certification and/or Microsoft certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, data warehousing, big data, cloud platforms, and back-office solutions (Finance, Payroll, Procurement, HR).
