Job Summary:

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will spearhead our data analytics endeavours, focusing on service performance metrics and sales KPI’s. Your role will encompass data strategy development, advanced analytics, and fostering a data-driven culture within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning to drive performance.
Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive data strategy, encompassing service performance metrics, sales KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the collection, interpretation, and analysis of service performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to optimise service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Develop and monitor sales KPI’s including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute an AI strategy that leverages machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Lead the application of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling, machine learning, and statistical analysis, to derive actionable insights from service performance metrics and sales KPIs.
Design and develop intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Power BI or similar tools, enabling stakeholders to gain insights and make informed decisions based on the analysed data.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, prioritise initiatives, and drive alignment with business objectives.

Experience Required:

degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
years of experience in a leadership role within a data-driven organisation, with expertise in service performance analytics and sales KPI monitoring.
proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and statistical analysis software.
experience in developing and implementing data strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
in Power BI with the ability to create compelling and actionable visualisations.
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing data analytics team.
understanding of data governance principles, data security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
