We are looking for an analytical and creative Retail Platform Manager to join our team and help to grow our retail partner channels.


About the position: As the Retail Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the various platforms we sell on, updating content and ensuring the content across the channels are aligned, as well as targeting platform best practices and optimising listing for sales. A big part of this role will be analytical, so skills in monitoring listings and SEO are needed. We're a small team, based just outside of London, in Denham, so local to this area would be ideal.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage Retail Platforms

  • Oversee Elk & Bloom’s online presence across multiple retail platforms (Very, Debenhams, Shopify, etc.). Ensure all product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimised for conversions.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost product rankings and drive traffic to the platform.

Content Marketing & Creative

  • Develop compelling product descriptions, and promotional content that aligns with Elk & Bloom's voice. Collaborate with designers and photographers to create visual assets for use in ads and product listings.

Performance Analytics

  • Track platform performance and analyse sales data, traffic, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation. Use data-driven insights to enhance product listings and marketing efforts.

Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are available for purchase across all retail platforms. Identify best-selling items and ensure they are prominently featured.

Content & Campaign Calendar

  • Plan and execute a marketing calendar that includes product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with overall business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth operations.


Qualifications:


Experience in Retail Platform Management

  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms with an emphasis on jewellery or fashion brands preferred.

Strong SEO & Content Marketing Skills

  • Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Experience writing product descriptions, titles, and other marketing content is essential.

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the accuracy of all product listings and content.

Creative Flair

  • Experience in developing visually appealing content, both written and visual.

Data-Driven Mindset

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar to make informed decisions.
