We are recruiting for a temporary onsite recruiter to join the team at Boston, PE217PJ.

Key Duties as an Onsite Recruiter :

Making outbound calls to potential candidates from an existing database
Telephone interviewing people and assessing their suitability for work
Booking people in for interview via text and email
Holding recruitment sessions to assess the candidate's suitability
Data entry to various internal systemsAs an Onsite Recruiter you will need to have:

A good standard of verbal and written English
Good communication and organizational skills
Previous experience of working as a resourcer or within a warehouse environment
Rolling rota, working every two weekends
