We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced IT Tutors to join our team and contribute to the success of our learners.

Roles Available: We are currently seeking Technical Trainers with the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to deliver the following courses:
- L3 IT Support; including Networking and Architecture, Cloud Services, Mobile and Operating Systems, Business Processes and CompTIA A+, N+ and S+.
- L3 Certificate in UX/UI; including the UCD process, User research and UX/UI Design.
- L3 Cyber Security; including Cyber Essentials, Linux Essentials and Cloud Security.
- L4 CompTIA Penetration Plus;including Planning and Scoping, Information Gathering and Vulnerability Scanning, Attacks and Exploits, Reporting and Communication and Tools & Code Analysis.
- Digital Marketing/Social Media and Web Design; including Marketing Principles, Visual Principles, Business Marketing Principles, Website Design and Creation and Social Media & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course delivery: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering a range of IT topics, ensuring outstanding lessons.
- Hands-on training: Provide practical, ‘real world’ exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure students gain valuable experience.
- Curriculum development: Collaborate with peers to create and update course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and the latest technological advancements.
- Assessment and feedback: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects and exams. Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and student success.
- Stay current: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in the IT industry. Update course content to reflect the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in developing their technical skills and navigating potential career paths in the IT field.
Person Specification
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Experience of designing and delivering technical training courses/programmes.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications, e.g. CompTIA Certs, Linux, MCSA.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrable presentation skills that effectively convey technical skills and concepts.
- Hold or working towards a formal teaching qualification (PGCE, PTLLS, CTLLS, etc).
- Understanding of OFSTED and safeguarding requirements.
