MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading International brand to find a Senior IT Manager. This is a permanent position based in London.


As the Senior IT Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the technology stack that underpins their global operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that their IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, enhancing our ecommerce platforms, and ensuring seamless integration of various tools and technologies.

We are looking for a technology leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise to transform our IT operations on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and inspire IT teams to deliver consistent and high-performing technology solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the optimization and management of our technology stack, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing ecommerce platforms and integrating various tools and technologies.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and compliance of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful IT projects and initiatives.

  • Proven experience in leading IT operations within the ecommerce or digital platforms sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for working closely with other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Deep understanding of a wide range of technologies including CMS, analytics, JavaScript frameworks, security tools, and cloud services.
