We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef for a beautiful Boutique Hotel in the stunning Bath countryside. The successful Pastry chef will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail, they will also have the confidence to run the pastry section with a CDP and apprentice pastry chef to support
The Place
Our client is a beautiful Boutique Hotel set in the Bath countryside. They combine creative dishes with traditional British favourites, using the best local ingredients.

The Perks

  • A basic salary of £35,000

The Person
The Pastry Chef will have:
  • Experience as a Pastry in a similar style venue is preferred at a senior level
  • Confidence to run the pastry section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
  • Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
  • The ability to commute
