Responsibilities:


  • Lead implementation and enhancement of Employee Central Payroll and related integrations.
  • Manage solution design for SAP EC Payroll projects.
  • Participate in workshops to optimize SAP SuccessFactors Solutions for client needs.
  • Contribute to integration decisions for EC Payroll.
  • Document requirements, configurations, and testing plans.
  • Support team members with EC Payroll challenges.
  • Assist in HR environment setup and system access.
  • Configure modules and collaborate with teams to meet client requirements.
  • Provide interface support for solution integration.
  • Assist with testing, defect resolution, and post go-live support.
  • Prepare project documentation and deliver training sessions.
  • Support current clients with fixes and proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and skills.


Requirements:


  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in HR processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Proven experience implementing SuccessFactors EC payroll module.
  • 5+ years' experience in SAP and EC payroll.
