About the Pub

The Bull is a well-located pub in the affluent village of East Farleigh around two miles outside of Maidstone. There is a trade area served by the main bar which would accommodate around 20 covers, and a separate function room which could hold around 25 covers and has its own small bar servery at one end. This area is perfect for gaining additional revenue. There is also a small, enclosed garden area with covered section for all weather which can be used as a smoking solution. The private accommodation consists of three-bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen, ideal for a family.
