Salary: £34,320 (based on 44 hours - £15 per hour)
Potential Earnings: Up to £39,000 (based on 50 hours - £15 per hour)

About the Role:You'll need a passion for delivering friendly, engaging service, while supporting the team in creating unforgettable experiences.

  • Craft Unique Cocktails: Use your deep knowledge of cocktails to design a dynamic and exciting drinks menu.
  • Train & Mentor: Share your expertise and passion for mixology with our bar team.
  • Lead by Example: Step into leadership, supporting the team as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver warm, lively service to ensure every guest has a memorable luxury experience.

You could work in one of these iconic spaces:

  • The Parlour: A lively café by day, transforming into a cocktail bar with a DJ by night.
  • The Glade: An intimate restaurant that becomes a sophisticated cocktail venue in the evening.
  • The East Bar: A party hotspot with a below-ground circular bar and DJ.
  • The Gallery: Famous for its afternoon tea and dinner service.
