*Job requirements of Production Operative:*
We are looking for a Production Operative to join our established team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production.

*Shift Pattern* – 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, 06:40 – 17:10

*Duties*

· To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include; operating machinery, packing and keeping the production area clean and tidy.

· Abiding to Food Safety, Hygiene and COSHH to ensure safe production of our products.

· Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs

*What you will need:*

· Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

· Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment

· Possess high standards of work

· Have a basic level of both written and verbal English

· Enjoy working as part of a team

· Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided

*Pay and benefits:*

· Rate of Pay - £12.79 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
