Eton Bridge Partners is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership with an established, multinational IT services company in search of a Financial Controller for a hybrid-based role located in Surrey.
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial management and governance of a significant division within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in project-based industries, adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Finance business partner team to support the Business Unit Senior Vice President.
- Implement and uphold technical accounting standards in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare monthly management reports for Business Units adhering to US GAAP standards, accompanied by insightful commentary.
- Develop plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering valuable commercial insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Actively participate in commercial bids and proposals, fostering close business partnerships.
- Effectively develop, refine, and oversee internal controls, ensuring compliance and governance in daily operations, including adherence to SARBOX and anti-corruption regulations.
Required Technical Attributes/Professional Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience with US GAAP and SOX.
- Proven experience business partnering senior stakeholders.
- Preferred financial controller experience within a division of a large corporation.
