We are seeking a hands-on, proactive marketing executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our marketing initiatives, with a focus on email and content marketing. You’ll report to and work closely with the head of marketing and operations, as well as a senior freelance marketer, in a small team that values creativity, adaptability, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and optimisation of a range of membership marketing initiatives tailored to different geographies, sectors, buying roles and lifecycle stages
Execute and maintain email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including audience targeting, template design, setup, automation and reporting
Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement materials, such as case studies, bespoke proposals and business case decks that support the sales process
Support account-based marketing strategies by creating highly targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific target accounts
Create, maintain and optimise content for various platforms, including email, social media, and the company website/blog
Work on targeted paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
Extract actionable insights from reporting to drive optimisation and improvements

Requirements

2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
Adaptability and creativity, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
Strong written communication skills, with experience of copywriting
A good eye for design, comfortable with design tools such as Canva and InDesign
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and independently as required
A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude

Additional information
This position allows for hybrid working with at least two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) based in our central London office. The successful candidate must be permitted to work in the UK.
