THE COMPANY

This company is a large challenger bank who are continuing to grow. As a specialist lender, this bank has a clear focus and mission and are seeking an experienced candidate to join the team. This role offers the rare opportunity to take a hands-on role within their stress testing team, focusing on adding real value to the business in a role with excellent progression opportunities.

THE ROLE

Within this role, you would be working on:

  • Designing and develop stress testing models for ICAAP and IFRS9
  • Implement and maintain stress testing models
  • Analyze and interpret stress testing results
  • Collaborate with other teams in the bank to ensure a comprehensive approach to stress testing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge and experience in SAS is essential
  • Model development experience in the credit risk space, within IFRS9, IRB, Scorecards or similar
  • Prior experience in stress testing is highly desirable but not an essential requirement
  • Educated to at least degree level, in a numerate discipline
