About the Pub

On the corner junction of Grays Inn Road and Theobalds Road sits the historic Yorkshire Grey. Set out over two floors this is a popular venue for the workforce in the many office and Legal Chambers nearby be it to just hang out in during the day or after work, watch the Sports on TV, or just enjoy some pub food and a great selection of wines, spirits or real and craft ales with friends and colleagues.

Recently refurbished with its mix of traditional and contemporary décor and furnishings this is the first time that this Managed House has become available for a Tenancy Agreement in many years, it is a turnkey operation ready to go and really is anopportunity not to be missed

As you enter the ground floor bar area the bar servery is immediately in front of you set along the back wall. This ground floor trading space is open plan and set out with a mix of fixed banquets, booth seating, high bar stools and tables to accommodate circa 60 seated covers with a max capacity of 150.

Via the stairway at the left end side of the bar on the first floor there is access to the 2bed flat and a gem of a function room with its own bar servery and suitable for 34 seated covers and a max capacity of 60. The function room is a popular private room booked out for meetings and parties otherwise it can be used on busy sessions as additional trading space along with the bar downstairs.
