Catering Manager Ideal Profile:

  • Proven track record as a manager in the food service industry, with experience in cafes or small restaurants
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to excel in their roles
  • Passionate about creating and sustaining high standards of customer service and dining experience
  • Experienced in menu development, cost management, and inventory control
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage daily operations smoothly

Catering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the tea room's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead and develop a team, providing training and feedback to enhance service standards
  • Craft and execute menus that cater to a variety of tastes while managing food costs and supplies
  • Uphold stringent health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment for all guests
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience
