With a luxury spa and five food & drink operations within the hotel, this is a busy, exciting property and brand to be a part of.

The busy marketing team in London are also expanding and looking for aPR & Partnerships Manager.

As the PR & Partnerships Manager at Hotel Café Royal, you will enhance the hotel's brand reputation and visibility through strategic media engagement and partnerships. You will cultivate relationships with key media and influencers while developing brand partnerships with like-minded luxury brands that elevate our positioning in the luxury market.

The Role:

Communications & Strategy

Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams, both onsite and at the group level, to develop and implement an effective communications strategy aimed at increasing the hotel's visibility in the media.

Press Relations

Oversee the hotel's relationships with multiple PR agencies globally, while maintaining strong connections with various media outlets, including print, digital, TV, and radio. Manage and direct all media inquiries, develop and nurture media relationships, and keep them informed of the latest offerings and events. Additionally, write and distribute press releases, organise supplementary press materials, and coordinate media activities with agencies to ensure cohesive communication.

Influencer Relations

Work with the social media team to identify influencers aligned with our brands luxury ethos. Build strong relationships with influencers and public figures, driving successful collaborations and impactful campaigns that enhance the visibility and prestige of Hotel Café Royal.

Partnership Management

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, cultural and artistic events, and prestigious institutions to elevate brand awareness and curate exclusive experiences for our guests. Lead the coordination and execution of events, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance the hotel's image and attract discerning clientele.

Content

Collaborate with all teams to ensure an appropriate tone of voice for Hotel Café Royal, upholding the highest standards in all communications. Support both in-house teams and external agencies by proofing materials and advising on best practices to maintain our excellence.

Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis

Monitor media and the competition to keep abreast of trends in the luxury hospitality and wider hotel industry. Report and analyse press coverage and the impact of partnerships in order to adjust strategies accordingly.Create high-level updates for senior stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Ambassador

As an ambassador for Hotel Café Royal, play a key role in protecting and enhancing the property's reputation both internally and externally. Collaborate with various hotel departments to support media training for team members who interact with the media, ensuring consistent and polished communication that reflects our brand's values and standards.

Your Profile:

Our PR & Partnerships Manager will bring passion and enthusiasm to inspire the team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the luxury and hospitality sector, combined with a strong sense of service and unwavering commitment to excellence. They will demonstrate proactivity and initiative, ensuring that every detail upholds the highest standards. With a natural ability to listen and exercise diplomacy in all interactions, they will uphold high standards of presentation, maintaining an elegant demeanour that embodies the sophistication and refinement defining a luxury setting.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, either onsite or with an agency, preferably within the luxury hotel, fashion, or luxury goods sector, is required. An understanding of the luxury sector is essential.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with a perfect command of English.
  • A network of contacts in the media and luxury goods industries is desired.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with great rigour and attention to detail.
  • A creative spirit with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules, including the occasional need to work evenings and weekends.
