We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Nurse to join the team at a location near Wilmslow, Cheshire. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Practice Educator (Band 7)
  • Location: Near Wilmslow, Cheshire
  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Rate: £50.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and educate nursing staff within the workplace.
  • Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing training.
  • Promote high standards of care and clinical excellence.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages staff development.
  • Oversee the induction and continuing professional development of both registered and non-registered nursing staff.
  • Lead practice development initiatives and act as a role model for others.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong background in clinical leadership and practice development.
  • Proven experience in leading change within a clinical setting.
  • Updated training in ILS and Paediatric BLS.
  • Prison clearance required.
