About the Pub

The Brent Knoll Inn is a delightful, traditional village pub which features a restaurant, public bar, skittle alley and a good-sized beer garden. The décor is well presented throughout and complete with open fires. It has a great reputation with the locals for its good food and real ales.

The garden is a stand out feature of this business in terms of space. If you love to enterain al fresco style, then your mind will be racing with ideas on how to get the most out of this, largely untapped, area.

Whilst the summer sales are bolstered by the many visitors to this area, this is a community pub that should have plenty going on to entertain the locals and we believe that the sales will reflect a wet led business.

We are looking for a passionate, community minded, enigmatic individual (or couple) who can take this pub to the next level. The Brent Knoll Inn is an excellent pub with multiple facilities and a great example of an English country pub.

Surrounding Area

East Brent is a charming village located in the stunning Somerset countryside, close to the M5 motorway and two major A roads. The village lies to the north-east of the historical Brent Knoll Hill, a 450-foot hill that dominates the surrounding landscape. Brent Knoll has a small picture post card village nearby with local shops and amenities surrounded by a variety of historic buildings. The large seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare is also just a 15-minute drive, making this a destination hotspot.
