With significant investment and expansion currently underway, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Project Coordinator to advance into a Junior Contract Manager role at our Bristol office. This role presents a fantastic chance for career progression, personal development, and growth within our dynamic team.


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage multiple domestic client projects. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, combined with strong administrative, supervisory, and IT skills. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing complaints, and ensuring effective communication and task completion. The role requires excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to monitor KPIs and financial reports. Experience in social or council housing is desirable. The position involves diverse tasks such as scheduling, maintaining project records, and attending client meetings.


Essential Criteria:


Over 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or Management

Extensive administrative and supervisory experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong IT aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Proven experience in managing clients and large-scale projects

Excellent client relations and customer service skills, including communication via phone, email, and meetings

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
