As the Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be involved in design, new business, leadership, and strategy.


Responsibilities include: -


  • Work with the MD to implement the wayfinding strategy
  • Manage a team of designers and support any recruitment needs
  • Lead and deliver design projects from concept to implementation
  • Produce, supervise, and deliver designs, drawings, schedules, guidelines, and specifications across all design stages
  • Identify new opportunities and lead the bid process
  • Project manage multiple projects including budgets, resources, and programming
  • Review and provide quality assurance of project outputs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create marketing collateral


Key skills required: -


  • Prior experience working in a similar Senior Wayfinding Designer role leading projects and teams
  • Previous experience in preparing tender responses including proposal writing, costings and programmes
  • Ability to work across and project manage multiple projects
  • Passionate about Wayfinding
  • Engaging and approachable manner
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
