Job Purpose
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will report to the HRBP. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our site's providing advice and expertise to over 500 employees, communicating with colleagues at all levels. You will be accountable for supporting and advising key departments within the business, across a broad range of HR related activities covering the employee lifecycle including, recruitment processes, employee relations, absence management, performance management, training & development, health & well-being.

What it takes
A minimum of 2 years of general HR experience, CIPD Membership preferred, up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations. Be results and delivery orientated and have experience working in a fast moving, highly pressurised environment.
