We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team and help us continue to delight our patrons.

As the Head Chef at Rossella, you will oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations, leading an existing talented team of chefs and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

You will work closely with amazing suppliers and products, including those from our own farm and vineyard in Benevento, Italy. Your creativity will be essential in crafting innovative and delicious dishes that reflect the rich heritage of Rossella.

Key Responsibilities as Head Chef:

  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations.
  • Develop and update menus to ensure a diverse and appealing offering.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Work with and communicate with Front of House management team to further the business both in sales andquality of food and service
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction
