The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

As the Branch Assistant, you'll be expected to:
Serve on the trade counter and handle incoming enquiries
Process quotes
Maintain the branch and warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping
Receive, check and store incoming goods
Accurately pick orders in preparation for delivery
Carry out deliveries in the local area
Assist with general duties as directed by the Branch Manager and their assistant

In order to this, you will:
Have excellent customer service skills
Be a great communicator
Have a flexible approach to duties and tasks
Be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to make a positive contribution
Be ambitious to progress and keen to learn
Hold a full UK driving licence
