The Crown & Sceptre is a food led community business situated just outside Neath in the village of Cadoxton. The pub is situated on a major road connecting Neath with the Heads of the Valleys route and consists of a bar area and adjoining restaurant. There is an attractive outside drinking area adjacent to the pub and a car park for approximately 30 cars on the opposite side of the road. The pub has built an excellent reputation for the quality of food served. There is a population of over 40,000 people within a two mile radius with a high density of professionals and retired professionals in that area.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

This is a brilliant pub in the heart of the community which benefits from a loyal customer base from the surrounding area and there is great potential to appeal to passing trade and further establish the pub as a destination venue for towns and visitors from further afield. A high quality menu is key to the continued success of this business, with potential to build wet trade on the back of that. It is best suited to an experienced food operator with a good understanding of current catering trends and a true love of hospitality to maximise the opportunity at this pub.
