Viva Dental Studio

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Viva Dental Studio. This is a full-time position with late evening shifts and every other Saturday required. We are seeking candidates who can start immediately and have reception experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
  • Managing appointment schedules and patient bookings
  • Handling phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly
  • Processing payments and managing patient records
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work late evenings and every other Saturday
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems (training will be provided)
