This is not your average Hotel General Manager role

This luxury 5* hotel based in the heart of Inverness, offers an outstanding level of guest service where it is all about the guests and ensuring the highest of service possible.

You as the Hotel General Manager, will be THE ULTIMATE PEOPLE PERSON - passionate, enthusiastic and above all, keen to help guests have the best guest experience.

Your main responsibilities will be
* Assisting with check in and check out
* Managing guest bookings for restaurant reservations and afternoon tea
* Advising guests of tours, entertainment, restaurants and booking these for them
* Managing the small team
* Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guests satisfaction is more than exceeded
* Hands on in all areas - this is not an office role

Working hours are 5/7 days on a rota

As an ideal candidate, you will be
* An Assistant General Manager, Duty Manager or Hotel General Manager
* A people person with an infectious personality and a natural love for customer service
* Experienced with working in a small luxury hotel environment (4*/5*)
* Able to lead, manage and motivate a small team
* Extremely hands on in all areas at all times
* Guest focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude

*Please note, accommodation is not included however the hotel may be able to offer temporary short term accommodation
