About the Pub

The Kings Arms previously known as The Propeller bar is a historic venue full of character and charm. The property is Situated by Biggin Hill airport, just outside the lovely village of Keston near Bromley and benefits from a strong local trade.

The Kings Arms boasts two bar areas, a 50-cover restaurant and a good sized trade kitchen. Externally, there is a huge garden with 40-covers and children's play area to the rear and to the front is a 20-cover patio area and a car park with spaces for 25 cars.

This is a brilliant buisness that has the opportunity to make a huge turnover all year round.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

The pub has been closed for a few months - but our previous publican invested heavily into the pub to create a comfortable, high quality offering and atmosphere for someone to build on. You will have experience in seeing the opportunity and building turnover back to previous levels. The pub needs to return to offering great food but with a community offer that attracts the locals.
