We're working alongside an leading regional firm, looking for a Legal Secretary to join our clients Residential Property team Based onsite in Redditch, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled support team that provides secretarial and administrative support to a high performing team. This role is perfect for an organised candidate with prior administration, receptionist or secretarial experience.


Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving post and scanning onto our systems.
  • Opening files
  • Preparing client care documentation
  • Ordering searches (search packs and pre-exchange searches i.e. OS1s, bankruptcy searches, Lawyer Checker)
  • Updating LMS/Lender Exchange regularly
  • Updating/chasing agents
  • Dealing with post completion matters i.e. AP1s, SDLTs
  • Dealing with exchange/completion letters
  • Closing files


What we need from you:

  • High personal standards of work
  • Strong IT skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary or similar (Legal preferred but not essential)
