- Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Execution: Ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion.
- Recruitment: Lead recruitment and manage resource allocation.
- Compliance: Implement sustainable and regulatory-compliant processes.
- Reporting: Measure project performance and report to management.
- Risk Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks.
????????????Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of project management in manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
