Our client, a leading engineering company in the automation industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building partnerships with clients across various industries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conducting product demonstrations and providing technical support to clients
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop customised solutions
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and a solid understanding of automation technologies. You should be confident in presenting technical information to clients and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships is essential.

In return, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, a company car and bonus scheme are provided as part of the package.
